At Taste of Thennagam, we strive to provide exceptional culinary experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve established a fair cancellation and refund policy to accommodate our customers while considering the nature of our food preparation processes.
1. Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders:
- Cancellation before 48 hours: Customers may cancel their pre-orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of our ingredients and preparation schedules.
Pre-paid Orders:
- No Refund: Once a pre-paid order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the preparation process begins immediately upon order confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Processing Fees
No additional fees are charged for processing cancellations or refunds.
